Jackie's classes are primarily slow flow yoga - a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa which are suitable for everybody. Private classes and Reiki are available via zoom or in person.
Yoga will improve your posture and alignment; helps to build strength and flexibility; relieves stress; helps with digestion, boost immune system and increases oxygen levels in the body. As your practice grows, you will increase your self-awareness, mental clarity and overall health and wellness.
